Photo Booth Questionnarie

We are so excited to be part of your big day and appreciate you choosing our services. To ensure that we have a smooth setup, please fill out the questionnaire below.

Things Gleam & Glow Requires:

A 9 feet by 9 feet space with an outlet nearby
A table with a tablecloth for props
If the designated space for the mirror booth is on a higher level in a multi-story building such as the second floor, please ensure that there is an elevator or ramp so we can bring up our equipment
Please confirm if parking is available at the venue. If any paid parking is required, an invoice/email will be sent to the client for reimbursement as indicated in the signed agreement.
