What is the best time to use our services?

It will depend on the type of event you’re hosting. For birthdays or corporate parties, we recommend it at the beginning of the party as it is a great way for your guests to get comfortable before the party.

For weddings, we always recommend having our mirror booth ready to go at the beginning of the wedding just as your guests start to arrive, also known as the cocktail hour. Alternatively, another popular option is after dinner. It's likely your guests are going to dance the night away, so be sure to keep your photo booth open late.

How much space do we need at your venue? What do you need for setting up?

We need a space that is at least 7' long by 9' wide by 9' high, but a 10'x10'x10' space is ideal! Make sure to leave space for a line as well. We also need a wall outlet.

Do we travel outside the GTA?

We do travel outside the GTA. Event day travel includes unlimited travel within the Greater Toronto Area on the day. This includes travel to locations within the Greater Toronto Area which only include; Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Markham, Woodbridge, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Brampton, and Mississauga. If any travel locations are outside of these cities, an additional fee will be determined. Please contact us to get a direct quote for travel.

How do you book our services?

There are 2 ways to book our services!

Option 1:

You can fill out our request form found under the “Book & Contact Us” in the menu on our website. We will respond within 24 - 28 business hours.

Option 2:

You can email us or DM us on Instagram to inquire. We will help answer your questions and send you a drafted contract based on your request.

For both options, once we secure a signed contract and receive your deposit, we will send over our catalog so that you can select your template and font style. Please note, that we are very flexible with our template so if you have a vision, let us know and we will work with you to bring your VISION to LIFE!
